Medicare – Chronic Disease Management Plan (CDM)

Your child may be eligible for annual Medicare rebates. Children who have a “chronic condition” may be able to receive up to five sessions through Medicare (please contact your GP to discuss if your child is eligible). 

National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS)

Sarah Hobart Speech Therapy is NOT a Registered NDIS Provider.
